This is the gun collection of the nearly 50 guns, and about 75 moulds. I basically spent 10 months, while in Walvis Bay, Namibia, making nothing but identical gun replicas. Every single replica I made was registered with its own serial number, for as you see they look quite real. I formulated many steel powders which were carefully dusted prior to armature inserts. Others had timber grains and wear marks dusted into the mould all before the final urethane pour (industrial rubber not dissimilar to tyres). After curing each weapon was trimmed and then simply rubbed with a clean rag and passed onto set decoration and painters for set props.
