The Winning's Residence was a very challenging job. 18 pieces were fabricated in Qld then trucked to site. I became involved in the assemblage of the 'Man Cave'. An epoxy fibreglass structure, designed to fit into the truss of this second floor warehouse, required me bandaging the joins, then bogging away the grade, and finally sanding. Much of which I did upside down in a harness off my own scaffolding and rigging solutions due the complexity of the space.
After the 'Man Cave', the rest of the project went into full swing. A large private entertaining area down stairs required the combination of a range of acoustic professionals. I, amongst many other projects, was required to make the building completely sound proof. Every tiny hole was addressed, and every layer of material (horizontal and vertical) sealed. The outcome of this was to have sensors on the outside of the building activated only when the council's legal external noise level limit was reached.

The above photos are of the staircase and bathroom of a Private Residence,
and required finishing and detailing to be handed over for final approval.
The product is a stucco which requires careful prep and application.
Very difficult to colour match.
Also requires waxing layers to finish off.
